Russian confectioners work for China

      China became the leader in import of Russiann chocolate confectionery products 

    The total Russian export of chocolate confectionery products for this period grew by 45% compared to last year and amounted to $ 82 million. Shipments reached 29 thousand tons.

       In the first quarter, wheat exports also increased 1.5 times, reaching $ 1.7 billion, or 9.6 million tons. The main importer of Russian wheat is Egypt. Export of soybean oil grew by 29% to 155 thousand tons, rapeseed oil - by 38% to 81 thousand tons, soybeans - 2,3 times to 343 thousand tons.

       In general, volume of agricultural exports products increased by 25.9% in value terms and reached $ 4.7 billion in January-March 2018. According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the main exported products are cereals, fish and seafood, confectionery and fat-and-oil products.
