The export of Russian clothing increased more than threefold

22.08.2017 The next branch of Russian exports shows a serious growth. This time more than tripled the supply of clothing from Russia.
From the beginning of 2017, Russian clothing exporters delivered 25% more products to foreign markets. In money terms, growth looks even more impressive 37%.
The key markets for the supply of Russian-made clothing are predicted by neighboring states:
1. Belorussia (from the beginning of 2017, goods worth $ 42,000 were delivered);
2. Kazakhstan (goods for $ 41,000 were delivered);
3. Ukraine (delivered goods worth $ 13,000).
However, Russian clothing is also bought by European countries. The top ten countries where exporters from Russia supplied their goods since early 2017 included Poland (bought Russian clothes for $ 3,400,000), France ($ 2,900,000), Great Britain ($ 1,900,000) and Switzerland (1 500 000 US dollars).
Most of Russia sells mittens and gloves by other countries (from the beginning of 2017 it was exported in excess of 9,600,000 pairs), sweatshirts and vests (sold in the amount of approximately 5,500,000 pieces). As for clothing that brought the country the greatest profit from exports, it is skirts, dresses and costumes sold abroad for about $ 19,500,000.
In the period from January to June 2017, Russian exporters earned about 7.2 billion rubles in clothing supplies. This is more than 1 billion more than in the same period in 2016. Then clothes brought exporters only 6.1 billion rubles.
