Ugra's businessmen signed export contracts with a Korean company

23.08.2017 From 17 to 19 August, Ugra's entrepreneurs visited Seoul. The main goal of the visit of businessmen of our region is participation in the largest international exhibition The 16th Seoul Int'lOrganic & Natural Trade Fair for Korea 2017. In Korea, three enterprises from Ugra - Region-K LLC (Mezhdurechenskiy) , specializing in the production of products from wild plants, LLC "Center-Siberia" (Nizhnevartovsk), also working with wild plants and another producer of unique products from wild plants - PE Vodopyanov Vladimir Borisovich from Izluchinsk. It is important that among more than 250 stands of the world expo, the stand of entrepreneurs from Ugra was the only representative of the Russian Federation. In total, more than 45 thousand people took part in the exhibition.
The stand of the Autonomous Okrug abounded with products from wild plants grown on the territory of Ugra. Foreign partners and guests of the exhibition saw in truth unique products, among them: cedar oil, cedar oil with gum, mushrooms (white, boletus, chanterelles), cedar nut, cedar nut paste, cedar flour, jam (from dandelions, cranberries, cloudberries ), young cone in pine honey.
According to delegates from the region, the exhibition with our products was very popular, especially guests and participants of the Korean Expo noted the quality and uniqueness of the products presented. Significantly, wild plants from Ugra caused genuine interest among the Korean business community, they particularly noted the competitive price of the products produced in the district. Confirmation of this assessment was the conclusion of 2 export contracts for the supply of products from wild plants between the company PanaRoad and PE Vodopyanov Vladimir Borisovich, and the company PanaRoad and LLC Region-K.
In addition, during the annual international exhibition, the district stand was visited by representatives of the Malaysian and South Korean markets. So, for example, on the first day of work with Ugorsk's businessmen, talked to with the distributor of the South Korean food network Namoon Corporation Johg Jay Won. Mr. Won noted that the special interest for the market of South Korea is represented by white mushrooms and berry jam. Demand, indeed, there are northern products without difficulties will be able to find their niche in the foreign market. Another representative of the department of import and business development Chang Jen Chung from the Malaysian holding Fraser & Neave discussed with our entrepreneurs the possibilities of supplying Ugorsk products to Malaysia. Now Mr. Chung is discussing the terms of export supplies.
The staff of the Foundation also organized a meeting of the director of the company for the production of equipment for the processing of wild plants Do Ja Lee and the individual entrepreneur Vodopyanov Vladimir Borisovich. The meeting took place directly in the production. Recall that in December 2013, PE Vodopyanov V.B. signed a contract for the purchase of special equipment for oil extraction. The product manufactured on this equipment was demonstrated at the exhibition in South Korea. It should be noted that the negotiations took place personally between the businessman from Ugra and the head of the Korean company.
Following many hours of negotiations with Do Ja Lee, a contract was signed for the import of technologies for cold pressing of oil from cedar nuts, as well as information on the latest equipment of the company. It is important that the possibility of supplying oil to South Korea, already produced using the new technology, is currently being considered. At the end of the business meeting, Vladimir Borisovich gave the partner several bottles of cedar oil, which was made on Korean equipment in Ugra.
