The educational project REC summed up 2016

In 2016 in the structure of Russian export center launched a unique in its essence and content of the educational project for beginners exporters - representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. On the results of the past year and plans for the development told the director of the Educational Project Alice Nikitina. New knowledge Educational Project RECs started in late May 2016, changing the representation of the business of getting high-quality and systematic knowledge in the field of export business, and today is the only Russian educational product, revealing all aspects of export within the same program. "To date, the program of the Educational Project REC consists of eight courses, covering all stages of the export project, and is built on a modular system, where the listener can pass as the entire program and individual courses he needed for an effective export activity, - says Alice Nikitina . - A Russian Foreign Trade Academy, Higher School of Economics, Skolkovo, Gazprombank, Vnesheconombank, Rosatom and other "- 21 authors and experts from the leading specialists in various fields of economy, business, and academia participated in the development of the program courses. Implementation of the program in 2016 In 2016, pilot regions-participants of the educational project REC were 13 subjects of Russia: Volgograd region, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, Rostov Region, Republic of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Samara region, Sverdlovsk region, the city of St. Petersburg, Ulyanovsk region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk region. They signed an agreement on implementation of the Project, under which REC trains on the developed program representatives of export support regional infrastructure organizations and forms of their state coaches. Verified REC trainers, in turn, train the representatives of export-oriented enterprises in the regions of the educational methods REC. "For eight months we spent working in Moscow five educational sessions for future regional coaches, who handed technique and training standards for eight courses of the program. Thus, we have formed a high-quality coaching staff of 45 representatives of regional export support infrastructure, business and academic community, which in 2016 trained 1,182 participants from SME to 8 full-time courses of the program, - says the outcome of Alice Nikitina. - Also in the framework of implemented distance learning www.exportedu.ru Project partner portal and online - massive open online platform "Universarium" courses run eight courses already attended 3,400 people. " From a regional focus to a national scale The educational project REC aims to actively develop in the long term, planning to move from a fragmented regional focus on the national scale. "In 2017, we plan to develop jointly with the Russian University of Economics. Plekhanov's educational program for further training for her graduate students, as well as a separate program for civil servants. In addition, cooperation with specialized educational institutions in 2017, in particular with REU them. Plekhanov Institute of Management and International business combinations (MIMOP), and regional export support infrastructure will enable us to expand the geography of the project, raising to 30 the number of regions participating in the project. Promotion of the project in these areas is planned to be carried out, including, at the expense of information interaction with the regional offices of public organizations such as OPORA RUSSIA. "As for the program of the Educational Project RECs, in 2017 it also expanded and added new courses - on the tax aspects of the export business and online commerce for exporters, which will be very useful for exporters in the conditions of distribution of trade over the internet and the creation of the Russian pavilion at the largest the world's Internet sites. Also, the course will be entirely dedicated to the products of the Russian export center, from which the students will learn how and what kind of support provided in the format of "single window", they can get at some point or another export project, as well as a well-structured query to retrieve maximum benefit from the services of the Russian export center ", - added the Alice Nikitina. In addition, representatives of the Education project REC together with the Chamber of Commerce, VNIKI, RAMPSB and other leading economic institutes, in the framework of the working group, taking part in the development and formation of a single professional standard FEA manager. This work will continue in 2017.
