«National projects», LLC works with local artists and designers, specialists in 3D computer graphics, casting metal specialists and craftsmen from across the Ugra to create a unique, export- oriented product «Souvenir chess of Ugra».
In 2012, the Chamber of Commerce of the Khanty- Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra awarded the chess set «Ugra Gambit» and gave the right to label product with the brand «Best Product of Ugra».
The same year, the chess set «Ugra Gambit» was awarded by the Department of Natural Resources and the non-oil sector of the economy of the Khanty -Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug in the competition for the best tourist souvenir of Ugra.
There are two types of souvenir chess of Ugra: 1. Chess «Ugra Gambit» with figures made of tin, blackened with the silver and bronze plating with a touch of gold. Material is tin alloy. Technology is casting, so figure is weighty and nicely lies in the player's hand. With tin material figurines are easily crafted. 2. Chess «Snow and Ice» with figures of transparent plastic, personifying winter in Ugra and two state of the water in winter - snow and ice. The material is plastic. The technology is modeling, so chess set is light, but at the same time durable and elegant. Figures on the one hand resemble snow sculptures, and on the other - the ice sculptures.
