The Company is located in the Beloyarskii District, the northernmost area of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, on the bank of the Ob River in Polnovat settlement. Own fish-processing facility allows processing up to 150 t during the summer fishing season (June-July). The Polnovat Fishery LLC is the only fish-processing plant in the Beloyarskii District. For the period of operation 590 t of fish was processed. All fishery products (fresh-frozen, smoked, dried, and salted) are certified. Product description: Polnovat Fishery LLC is a widely recognized supplier of high-quality fishery products to Omsk, Ekaterinburg, and Chelyabinsk. The fish is transported for 1-2 hours from the fishing area to the processing plant, where it undergoes shock freezing at – 30ºC. Then it is packed according to the kind and quality level and is placed for storage at – 18ºC in a separate facility. The fishery products satisfy the sanitary norms. The Company also specializes in processing and delivery of cedar nuts to Kemerovo and Khanty-Mansiysk. In a fruitful year it processes up to 17,000 kg. In 2015 the Company plans to start the production of vacuum packaged unshelled cedar nuts. The berries are traded only fresh-frozen.
